ProWine Tokyo 2025: Focus on international diversity and innovation ProWine Tokyo will take place from 15-17 April 2025 at Tokyo Big Sight. 🌎 With over 190 exhibitors from 21 countries, the show is a key platform for wine and spirits professionals in Japan and Asia.
Despite declining alcohol consumption, the Japanese wine market is growing, especially in the premium segment. International producers will find a demanding target group and new market opportunities. In addition to traditional wine countries such as France and Germany, new markets such as China, Mexico and New York will be showcasing their products. Japanese traditions will be highlighted through the presentation of sake and shochu.
An extensive seminar programme with more than 30 master classes will address current topics such as sustainability, climate change and non-alcoholic trends. Technological highlights such as the AI tool Sommelier AI and interactive tasting experiences round off the programme.
Competitions such as the Wine Label Design Contest and the Star Wine List of the Year Japan award will encourage creativity and quality in the industry.
